Consumer Choice Award

Tastefully Malaysia earned its first Consumer Choice Award from The National Consumer Action Council, recognizing our commitment to excellent service and high-quality event management. This milestone affirmed our dedication to creating impactful and well-managed events.

2022
Malaysia Book of Records

Tastefully Malaysia set a record with The Malaysia Book of Records for hosting the Longest Running Consumer Food Expo. The same year, we received the Consumer Assurance Certification from The National Consumer Action Council for upholding high-quality event standards, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and satisfying environment for all attendees.

2023
Karnival Dagang Halal

We were honored to co-organize the Karnival Dagang Halal, an event dedicated to promoting Malaysia's Halal economy by directly connecting SME brands and products to consumers. This initiative strengthened local business cash flow and contributed positively to Malaysia’s economy.

2024
Strategic Acquisition by Catcha Group

Catcha Digital acquired a 70% stake in Tastefully Malaysia, marking a transformative milestone in our company’s evolution.

This integration enables:

  • Powerful cross-selling opportunities between digital and on-ground ecosystems
  • Enhanced offline advertising solutions for Catcha clients
  • Advanced digital marketing capabilities for Tastefully exhibitors
  • Stronger omni-channel marketing offerings for F&B brands

Catcha Digital Chairman Patrick Grove stated:

“What particularly attracted us was Tastefully’s ability to execute large-scale consumer expo events across Malaysia, and their track record of consistently delivering value to both exhibitors and visitors.”

This acquisition propels Tastefully Malaysia into a new era as an OMNI Marketing Channels Solutions Provider.

ASEAN Records Achievement

Tastefully Malaysia received the ASEAN Records Recognition for:

Highest Total Number of Visitors Across a Series of Food Expos (Over 1.6 Million Visitors Across 16 Events Held from November 2024 to November 2025)

2014 - 2024

Supporting the Handicapped Community (Dual Blessing Bhd)

For over a decade, Tastefully Malaysia has supported Dual Blessing Bhd by sponsoring event venues for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) to sell handmade products such as toothbrushes, cookies, and keychains.

Aligned with our shared philosophy—
“Instead of giving fish, we teach how to fish.”

—this initiative focuses on vocational training, entrepreneurship, and independence for PwDs and former drug dependents.

Post-Pandemic Community Support & Women Empowerment
  • Blood Donation Campaign:

    Co-organised with YMLM and MTPN to support national blood banks and public health.

  • Women in Leadership Program:

    Supported by Tastefully and organized by the Malaysia Chinese Assembly Hall (MCAH) Women’s Division to empower female entrepreneurs and nurture future women leaders.

2024

Empowering SMEs Through Education

Tastefully Malaysia proudly sponsored the E-Invoicing Talk by the Malaysia Chinese Assembly Hall to educate SMEs and entrepreneurs on digital invoicing adoption and business compliance.

2025

CNY Charity Visits — Sharing Joy & Hope

During Chinese New Year 2025, our entire team visited three elderly care homes and two orphanages, bringing gifts, essential items, and festive performances including traditional dance and singing.

A total contribution of RM3,000 was dedicated to supporting the residents and uplifting their festive spirits.

August 2025:

DREAMS Stage Cancer Warriors

Tastefully Malaysia proudly served as the Strategic Partner for the DREAMS Stage Cancer Warriors initiative by the National Cancer Society.

Our contribution included:

  • Providing the expo stage for their pre-event launch
  • Offering performance slots for cancer warriors
  • Supporting their fundraising efforts

Together, we helped raise RM3,000 to support their cause, honour their courage, and amplify their visibility.
